Our systems

The 139.7 system is a modular system with an external diameter of 139.7mm and wall thicknesses of 3.6 or 5.0mm. The heart of the system is a unique connecting design: a patented 8-arm star (for transferring the installation torque) and a flange (to maximize geotechnical properties).

The modular system allows for connecting individual modules together, creating a uniform screw foundation pile, in practice even up to 12m in length. The base of the pile is always the base module, whose thread is produced using flowforming technology. The base module is available in 3 lengths. Extension modules are also available in 3 different lengths. The screw pile is topped with a head or a connecting plate, to which the target supported structure is mounted. In case of the need to increase geotechnical properties, we apply vertical and horizontal boosters accordingly.

The 88.9 system consists of foundation screws with an external diameter of 88.9mm and wall thicknesses of 2.0 or 3.6mm. The thread is formed using our traditional flowforming technology. These screws are available in fixed lengths: 1.0m, 1.7m, and 2.4m. For connection with the supported structure, two types of “heads” are used: Type A – recessed with external thread, and Type B – frontal.
