Our Screw Foundation Systems
We supply screw foundation piles in two proven systems: 139.7 mm and 88.9 mm. Each solution is designed for different load requirements and construction applications, ensuring reliable performance, fast installation, and long-term durability.
System 139.7mm
The 139.7 system is a modular system with an external diameter of 139.7mm and wall thicknesses of 3.6 or 5.0mm. The heart of the system is a unique connecting design: a patented 8-arm star (for transferring the installation torque) and a flange (to maximize geotechnical properties).
The modular system allows individual modules to be connected, creating a single screw foundation pile with a total length of up to 12 metres.
The foundation always starts with a base module, whose thread is manufactured using advanced flowforming technology. To adapt the pile to project requirements, the system includes:
3 base module lengths,
3 extension module lengths, allowing the pile to reach the required installation depth.
The pile is completed with a head or a connection plate, which serves as the mounting point for the supported structure.
When higher geotechnical performance is required, the system can be equipped with vertical or horizontal boosters to increase its load-bearing capacity.
System 88.9mm
The 88.9 system is based on screw foundation piles with an external diameter of 88.9 mm and wall thicknesses of 2.0 mm or 3.6 mm.
The thread is manufactured using our proven flowforming technology, ensuring high precision and reliable installation performance.
The system is available in three fixed lengths:

Two head variants are available for connecting the pile to the supported structure:
Type A – recessed head with an external thread,
Type B – frontal head for direct structural connection.
