Our piles are produced using flow forming technology and designed based on advanced structural and geotechnical analysis, making them suitable even for the most challenging soil conditions.
Comprehensive Machine Rental Services
To make our technology more accessible, we offer a comprehensive range of rental options for specialized screw pile installation equipment, available to both construction companies and individual contractors.
Our rental fleet includes:
Excavators with anchoring masts (e.g. Takeuchi TB225, Sunward SWE25F),
Self-propelled dumpers with torque recording,
Handheld devices (GOLZ, ZÜBLIN),
DIGGA PD8-5 and PD12 (for excavator applications),
Imlochhammer COP35 drilling units for pre-drilling in difficult soils,
Auxiliary equipment (generators, hammers, trailers, rotary lasers).
Adapters for screw installation are included in the rental price. We also offer custom adapters for client machines (e.g. excavators with DIGGA devices), designed for repeated use.
Professional Training and Consulting
We provide on-site training sessions conducted by our experienced technical teams, preparing client crews for high-quality, safe screw foundation installation.
We also provide training in pile load testing according to EN ISO 22477, supported by our own testing kits – available for rental or purchase, produced in-house.
High-Performance Equipment
Our machines deliver torque values of up to 10,700 Nm and support pre-drilling with Imlochhammer systems, which is essential in hard or unpredictable soils.
Devices are equipped with data logging systems (torque, depth, RPM, GPS), ensuring precise monitoring and full installation documentation.
Thanks to the modular design of the piles and optional boosters and connecting plates, our solutions are compatible with any superstructure – from containers and modular houses to PV installations.
